No Refunds Policy
Please note that refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances. We encourage all purchases to be made carefully.

Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with missing items, we will process a full refund for the affected products. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us at support@jewelryrays.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return due to defects, damage, or missing items:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it.

  • Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items must be reported promptly to our support team.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@jewelryrays.com. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if your return is accepted. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the defective item (if applicable) and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds for Defective or Missing Items
Once we’ve received and inspected the defective or missing items, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
